Allocate 25M ZK (~$1.25M) to consolidate Prividium’s category leadership by securing sponsorships, speaker opportunities, and institutional networking at priority events from Q3-2025 through Q4-2026.

This proposal requests 10.87m ZK tokens to fund the operations of the ZKsync Security Council for June and July, prior to a revised Security Council funding request being put forward in August.

This proposal forms part of a Guardian veto rehearsal to test a production Token Program Proposal veto.
